This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Shivhim Tours (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company”) and its clients (“you,” “your,” the “Passenger”) governing the use of our website and services, including tour packages and cab bookings. By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Company Name: Shivhim Tours
Website: https://shivhimtours.com/
Governing Law: The laws of India.
A booking is considered confirmed only when the Company issues a written confirmation (e.g., email or voucher) to the Passenger and the required advance payment has been successfully processed.
Specific payment schedules (advance, interim, and final balance due dates) will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the stipulated due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking without prior notice.
All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and full payment is received. Prices may be adjusted due to unforeseen increases in government taxes, fuel costs, or exchange rate fluctuations.
If you must cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will apply, calculated based on the number of days prior to the tour start date:
30 days or more prior: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15 to 29 days prior: 30% of the total package cost will be charged.
7 to 14 days prior: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days prior or ‘No Show’: 100% of the total package cost will be forfeited (No Refund).
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days after the cancellation request is approved.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or operational issues (e.g., insufficient bookings). In such cases, the Passenger will be offered either a full refund (100%) or the option to book an alternative tour package.
It is the sole responsibility of the Passenger to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents (e.g., valid ID proof, permits, visas, if applicable) for the entire duration of the tour.
Passengers are expected to adhere to all local laws, customs, and guidelines provided by the tour guide. Shivhim Tours reserves the right to terminate the tour participation of any individual exhibiting disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, in which case no refund will be provided.
By booking, the Passenger confirms they are medically and physically fit enough to participate in the chosen itinerary. Any existing medical conditions must be declared at the time of booking.
Shivhim Tours acts only as an agent for various service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators) and is only responsible for the services directly provided by the Company.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
The Company shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, or death during the tour, except where it is proven to be a direct result of the Company’s gross negligence.
Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the tour package paid by the Passenger.
Any legal dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will become effective immediately upon being published on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 10-10-2025.
